Ieri abbiamo pranzato nel porticciolo di Port de Valdemossa, fatto un bagno sotto il buco di 18 m. di diametro della Foradada e cenato a Port de Soller con Dona e suo marito Hervè, una simpatica coppia italo-belga trapiantata a Mallorca e conosciuta tramite il blog.
Oggi abbiamo pescato in abbondanza, riso a crepapelle e pagaiato fino a Cala Tuent per il pranzo. Bivacchiamo poco oltre, alla foce del Torrent de Pareis, un canyon incassato tra le montagne dove ceniamo al chiaro di luna.
Il mare che ieri ci ha fatto penare per una lavatrice costante con stalagmiti d'acqua di 40 cm, oggi ci ha lasciato pagaiare più tranquilli, tanto che la sosta è durata oltre 3 ore, volate in pennichelle, spiegazioni geologiche delle forre, formule chimiche dell'etanolo e riparazioni di derive.
Two days more paddling along the Sierra de Tramuntana, with an against wind of 10-15 knots that makes the advance a bit slow. But we are respecting the daily stop and we are enjoying the coast, entering in each cove.
Yesterday we had a lunch in the dock of Port de Valdemossa, than a swimm under the hole of 18 ms. of diameter near the Foradada and finally a dinner in Port de Soller with Dona and her husband Hervè, a nice couple Italo-Belgian living in Mallorca that we've met through this blog.
Today we've fished a lot, laughed to much and paddle up to Cala Tuent for the lunch.
We camp few over, to the mouth of the Torrent de Pareis, a canyon boxed among the mountains where we eat with the clear of the moon.
The sea that yesterday was a constant "washing-machine", with stalagmites of water of 40 cms, has left us paddle better today: so we have had a long stopo of more than 3 hours, spent in "pennichelle", geologic explanations, chemical formulas of the ethanol and reparations of skegs...
